Our team member, Dmitry Grechka, participated in the workshop at the 23rd International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI2020).
He gave a short talk titled “How to predict the ISUP grade of prostate biopsies scans with a combination of CNN and RNN” presenting his submission to the Prostate cANcer graDe Assessment (PANDA) Challenge.
One more of our projects is open source now! BioModelAnalyzer is a state-of-the-art tool for sketching and exploring complex biological systems.
BioModelAnalyzer has been developed together by Microsoft Research and our team since 2014. Its source code is now available on the GitHub.
